


Tati Polo was born and raised in Venezuela. Tati became very interested in the modeling world and was told she had great potential, achieving to be part of Miss Venezuela pageant. She has been featured in several magazines, and has been a model for runway shows, swimwear, catalogues and calendars, working with high-caliber photographers in the entertainment industry. After settling in Los Angeles as a professional model, Tati decided to peruse her true passion, which has always been cooking, and she received her Executive Chef degree from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu program at the California School of Culinary Arts. After graduating with honors, Tati created her own brand and company called Forkplate, offering catering and event planning, classes and much more. Most recently, Tati can be seen on Univision, where she is part of the show Lanzate with a segment entitled “Un taco de ojo con Tati Polo” and Univision Radio, K-Love 107.5 with a segment entitled “Vive Mejor con Tati Polo” Chef Tati can also be seen on her own youtube channel, where she produces and host a show entitled "The Latin Way: Cooking with Tati Polo" These days, she is part of the Univision family, where she hosts a cooking segment on Despierta America, sharing latin dishes from around the world and adding her unique flavor and personal cooking tricks.
